We may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, device information, referring page, and website interaction data.

How we use information

We use information to review and respond to inquiries, organize project details, prepare requested planning briefs, recommend next steps, operate and secure the website, measure performance, and maintain business records.

AI planning tool

When you submit the AI Project Planner, only allowlisted project and property planning answers are sent to OpenAI to prepare the requested brief. Your name, email address, phone number, consent choice, and hidden anti-spam field are not included in that AI request. The complete lead and returned brief are stored through Terra Buildr’s protected lead workflow.

Service providers

Terra Buildr uses service providers to operate parts of the website and inquiry process. These may include Firebase for website hosting and protected lead storage, OpenAI for generating requested planning briefs from allowlisted planning answers, Resend for confirmation emails, and analytics or measurement services enabled on the website.

Information sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website or inquiry workflow, with professional advisers when reasonably necessary, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, improve operations, or satisfy legal obligations. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with an inquiry, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping needs. You may also ask Terra Buildr to stop contacting you.
